The ladder of engagement is a tool used in companies to increase customer engagement. The ladder of engagement aids organizations to centralize operations and strategies towards the customers. Companies that use ladder of engagement enables customers to give their ideas and become loyal. Pinterest is a social media platform used by companies to market commodities and attract new customers. Analyzing Pinterest is crucial in determining opportunities that marketers have. Artificial intelligence in marketing is a key trend that marketers can use to market products in the present and in future. Assessing the trend is essential in determining the merits that marketers identify. This paper depicts the steps in ladder of engagement using Amazon as an example, Pinterest as a unique social media platform and artificial intelligence as a key trend.
